Return & Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Return Window – You may return most items within 14
days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items meet our return
conditions.
2. Condition of Items – Returned items must be unused, in
their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. We reserve the right to
refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items – Gift cards, personal care items, and
final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on such items
are final.
4. Return Process – To initiate a return, log into your
account and select the order you wish to return. You will receive a return shipping label
via email within 24 hours.
5. Return Shipping Costs – Return shipping is free for
defective or damaged items. For all other returns, a flat fee of $5.99 will be deducted from
your refund to cover shipping costs.
6. Refund Timeline – Once we receive and inspect your return,
refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original
payment method.
7. Original Shipping Charges – Original shipping costs are
non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective
product).

defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We
will arrange a free return and expedite a replacement or full refund.
9. Exchanges – To exchange an item, please return the original
item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest

10. International Returns – Currently, we only accept returns
from addresses within the USA. International orders are not eligible for returns at this
time.
11. Refund Method – Refunds are issued to the original payment
method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer upon
request.
